• The “I Love My Paa Contest” (hereinafter referred to as Contest), is open to all persons who register on the web site of ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) or to existing IBIBO registered user, being a resident of India and above 18 years of age (“Contestant”).

• The term of the Contest shall be November 14, 2009 till December 10, 2009(“term”).

• To be eligible for the Contest, each Contestant will have to link his/her mobile number on www.ibibo.com (“website”) and record his/her special story(s) of how special his/her father is for him/her (“story”) on receiving a call from the Company

• Under the Contest, a Contestant will be required to complete all formalities as stated on the website for participation in the Contest and provide his/her authentic and correct information, failing which he/she shall be disqualified at any time

• Post successful completion of requirements, a Contestant will receive a call from the Company and will have to record the story for maximum 1 minute duration

• The Contestants will ensure that he/she is available for recording the story, at the time when he/she receives the call from the Company. In the event that the Contestant does not receive the call or the number is not contactable, for any reason, the Company may offer him/her another chance, in its discretion. The Contestants may also come back to the Contest section, and book another call. The Company will in no manner be liable for any issues on account or arising from the same.

• Contestants are required to share the story recorded by him/her with his or her friends.

• Users of the website will be asked to vote for his/her favorite Contestant.

• Previously published stories in other contests, books, magazines, etc shall not be valid and shall not be considered by the Company.

• A Contestant may submit any number of stories as long as they are his/her original works. Duplicate entries shall be deleted by the Company.

• Last date for submission of stories is December 10, 2009.

• Stories recorded as part of this Contest shall be in consonance with the terms and conditions enlisted on the website and shall in no manner be illegal, defamatory, obscene, and pornographic or which infringe the confidentiality, privacy or intellectual property rights of any third party or which could otherwise be considered objectionable.

• Contestant(s) who breach the terms, in any manner, shall be disqualified from the Contest.

• At the end of the term, 15 Contestants whose story is decided as the best by the Panel, specially constituted for such purpose by the Company, will be declared as winner(s) within 1 week from end of the term (“Winners”). The Winner(s) will be eligible to win one ibibo Game CD and one Penguin soft toy each.

• All voting and profiles created will be subject to the scrutiny of the Panel.

• The Panel may in its sole discretion, reject any story uploaded by for any reason deemed inappropriate or objectionable.

• The Panel appointed by the Company for selection of winners shall have their own parameters like quality, style, etc. basis which they shall select the winners. Decision of the Panel shall be final and binding.

• The winners will be contacted by via e-mail at his/her e-mail address given in the profiles created by him/her and will be contacted on their given mobile numbers.

• If the winner(s) are not contactable on his/her email address or mobile number and no revert from the winner is received within 1 week after first attempted notification, the Company reserves the right to select an alternative winner(s) and the original winner's entitlement to the prize will lapse.

• The Prizes shall be delivered to the Winner(s) only on receipt and verification of the required documents i.e. copy of the PAN card of the winner(s) and/or any other documents as may be requested for at that point of time. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for any other offer. The prize will be delivered to the winner(s) at the address provided by them.

• The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused to the prize during delivery. In the event of damage caused to the prize during delivery, Winner(s) must take up this matter directly with the manufacturer / dealer.

• The Company reserves the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond our control or to offer an alternative of similar value.

• The Company shall reserve the right to use all data, material etc. received as part of this Contest or change, alter, amend, add to, delete from and otherwise modify as the Company may deem fit.

• Contestants consent to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions and release, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its respective affiliates, agents, representatives, officers, directors and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from their breach/non performance of these terms and conditions.

• The Company reserves the right to amend the rules of the Contest or extend the period or cancel or discontinue the Contest or any part thereof without giving any reasons or prior notice.

• The winner shall be responsible for paying all taxes including Income tax, gift tax or any other statutory levies / tax (including withholding taxes) as may be applicable. In case the winner fails to comply with the applicable law/s, the Company will be entitled to pick another name of the winner/s to replace the winner who is in default.

• The employees of Company, BIG Pictures or any of its associated Companies and members of the immediate family of the employees of the Company will not be eligible to participate in the Contest.

• Disputes regarding the Contest shall not be entertained by the Company whatsoever.

• No correspondence shall be entertained with regard to the Contest.

• The laws of India govern the Contest. All disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Gurgaon only.

• Other terms of the Website shall continue to govern this Program as well.
